A professional builder for 27 years, James relocated to Kelowna after spending the first part of his career in heavy industrial and commercial construction in Ontario. He has a wide range of experience including his position as the Structural General Foreman at the Darlington Nuclear Generation Plant and many years working as Project Superintendent on hotel, office and residential projects. His company, Sunwest Project Management, provided construction management services for 79 single family homes, 43 townhouse units 3 commercial buildings and 18 midrise multifamily condominiums. And now, James brings this wealth of professional knowledge and expertise to the Millennial Development team.
